Tulsi Ginger Tea Infused Stir-Fried Tofu and Vegetables
Ingredients:
2 Organic Tulsi Ginger Tea bags
1 block extra-firm tofu, pressed and cubed
2 cups mixed vegetables (e.g., broccoli, bell peppers, snap peas), chopped
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1-inch piece of ginger, grated
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Brew the Organic Tulsi Ginger Tea bags in hot water for about 5 minutes. Remove the tea bags and set the tea aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the tofu cubes and cook until golden brown on all sides. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and grated ginger. Stir-fry for about 1 minute.
- Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until they're slightly tender but still crisp.
- Pour the brewed Tulsi Ginger Tea and soy sauce into the skillet. Bring to a simmer and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Return the tofu to the skillet and toss everything together until heated through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot over cooked rice or quinoa.
